Joe Pieper and Mark Patton, the organizers of the Dubuque Sectional Tournament, are offering 1 free play at the tournament, to be held September 26 – 28. This offer applies to the first 30 players to contact Joe or Mark. Funds for this offer come from a class Mark and Joe taught.
In order to qualify a player must live in Unit 163 and either:
- Not have played in a tournament for one year, or
- Be an ACBL member in good standing, never played in Dubuque’s Sectional and play in at least 2 events at the tournament.
